I think ti is unnecessary to discuss some problem of translation,up to now ,It is uncertain about the translation. whether which of opinions is right or fault arent sure.

it is so called in Singapore, mechanical engineer. should you divide it more detail, you could call it as plumbing & sanitary engineer for domestic works. actually, mechanical engineer should involve much more area compare with in china, for example, P&S,ACMV,fire fighting and etc
