两个各有所长,都得看。

Personally, I recommend Wang's, rather than Zhu's.
Practically, Zhu's covers more contents than Wang's, but wang's gives lot more details, particularly on structural engineering fields. Instead, Zhu's covers more but just some touch-ups.
For bridge engineers, it's not very good to use FE method for their engineering design. A common design approach using Grillage Analogy is much easier than complicated Finite Element methods and Finite Strip methods. Unless you are pursuing M.Sc or Ph.D degrees and software developments, that you have to use these sophisticated tools.
If you are first time FEM learner, recommend to study
which can be downloaded directly, it gives lots of examples.
Advanced learner, Wang's is a good choice, but lacks real examples. The new version of
, I think is a little bit better.

王勖成的书基本都是抄的监科维奇的,自己又添了点新东西,对于这本书我是恨之入骨,绝对不适合作入门的教材,甚至于作参考书都没有必要。连必要的参数说明都没有。

朱伯芳的老一点,但比较贴近水利工程;王的书新一点,适合做研究生教材。供参考。

稍微翻了一下朱伯芳的,应该他的比较适合初学者,从材料力学出发慢慢推导,比较好理解。王勖成的直接上来等效积分形式和变分原理,不是很好理解,抓不多头绪
