小弟也是刚刚学这东西啊,我膜的数量也就按产水量直接计算出来的而已,请教如何根据水质计算膜的数量啊?这水质可以做到75%的回收率,应该如何排列膜啊?还是要有什么预处理才可以啊!?

选了18支。2:1排列的软件计算结果,结果还是报警,就算用BW30-400,结果也是报警,是不是要加一些什么预处理才可以做到75%的回收率啊,请教应该如何做啊?

个人认为产水回收率调底点,做一个浓水回流可以保证最终的回收率做到75%。
警报已经告诉你原因了,什么结垢之类的警报可以不需要太担心,这些可以通过加药去处理。如果回收率、通量之类的报警就要注意了

小伙子,我仔细看了你的计算图片,发现你的计算软件使用有问题。你再检查一下填写的数据。
上面有人说含盐量高,然后12支膜回收率达不到75%,这种说法是错误的,因为你没有提到脱盐率,只是要求回收率75%,如果脱盐率只要求90%,回收率80%以上都可以做到。
报警中的提示,已经讲了为什么报警,仔细看一下。
这个陶氏软件的分析已经算是比较全面了,建议对反渗透的原理,及反渗透膜的性能多了解一下

根据膜数量和排列,建议采用三芯装,2:1:1排列较合适,但工艺系统的设计不要一味要达到75%的回收率,要具体结合水质情况才是较为合理,建议回收率控制在65-70%。
