是呀，这方面的资料很少，而且只有少数的水司比如上海，深圳，南京，成都做了GIS，不知道大家那位熟悉这方面的，介绍一下。

I did this part of work in the US as my first job. I found China need this info when I visited China in 2000, and sent a article to "Water and Wastewater Engineering" later. Unfornately the article was rejected without any reason. I was so dispointed about this journal.
Anyhow, here are my experience:
1. GIS, I assumed you use either Arcview GIS, not Arcinfo. Most of the engineers like me know only Arcview. Otherwise, you have ask the GIS specialist for help.
I also sent an email to your box.
2. GIS is a shape file with Access data, and the data is more than you need to run the water model. So you need to write a small tool to link GIS to you water model.
3. In the US, two comerically available water modeling softwares are widely used. One is WaterCAD. The other is H2Onet. I have friends in both companies. In addition, one free software from USEPA, called EPAnet. In fact, all three softwares are using the same analitical engine, which is the EPAnet.
4. The water model can do a lot of things not limited to water leakage test. They are:
a. Water quality simulation (such as free chlorine residual, age of water, ect),
b. Hydraulic simulation (water leakage).
5. How can to do the water leakage testing? Here are the procedures:
a. Create the model using node, tank, piping and pumping elements. The water demand is assigned at the node.
b. Calibrate the model using field and SCADA data such as pressure (using presure guage) and flow (using flow meter).
c. Use the model to guide your water leak tests using field/SCADA data.
