If learn by yourself, these courses should cover up the major requirements of structural engineering routine design.

If your focus is on building design:
High rise building design
If your focus is on bridge design:
for concrete, read
Prestressed concrete design
for steel,
read steel bridge design
If your focus is on underground structures, you need more knowledge in geotechnical engneering as well.
If your focus is on industrial design, more steel, stability, and associated structures need to be understood.
Frankly, there are lots of stuff need to be known for sure.
