福州，别称榕城，历史深处的“八闽雄都、神州名府”，是“三山鼎峙、一水长流”的青绿画卷，是“七溜八溜不离福州”的可爱家乡……

项目位于福州市台江区闽江北CBD内，总建筑面积11.5万方，是集城市公园、购物中心为一体的TOD项目。

“榕树苍劲古雅又生气勃勃，既古老又新生，体现福州的精神风貌，也深深刻在每一个福州人的心中。

滨江市民广场以“榕树的成长阶段”为设计灵感，将榕树形态重新定义，提取福榕树枝、福榕树叶元素，并以简洁, 轻巧和超现代的手法，带出榕城和山水城市的情怀。

“The banyan tree is vigorous, elegant and vibrant, both ancient and new, embodying the spirit of Fuzhou and deeply engraved in the hearts of every Fuzhou person.

Binjiang Citizen Plaza takes "the growth stages of the banyan tree" as design inspiration, redefines the shape of the banyan tree, extracts the elements of banyan branches and leaves, and uses a simple, light and ultra-modern approach to bring out the feelings of a banyan city and a landscape city. .

依托本底区位优势和周边配套优势，景观设计构建“一轴两带多节点”的景观空间布局，引领推动闽江北CBD区域协调联动发展。

“一轴”：延展南北主入口及下沉广场的中央活动展示轴；“两带”：契合周边用地业态，形成的活力运动带和休闲艺术带；“多节点”：花园餐厅、动力矩阵等功能活动区，满足各年龄层的多样化需求。

Relying on the background location advantages and surrounding supporting advantages, the landscape design constructs a landscape spatial layout of "one axis, two belts and multiple nodes" to lead the coordinated and joint development of the Minjiang North CBD area.

Among them, the "one axis" connects the main north and south entrances and the sunken square to create a central activity display axis extending from north to south; the "two belts" are dynamic sports belts and leisure art belts formed in line with the surrounding land use formats; "multiple nodes" The garden restaurant, power matrix and other functional areas designed for the landscape meet the diverse needs of all ages.

作为场地的第一城市界面，北入口广场承担着形象昭示、人流引导等功能。通过波浪纹铺装和互动旱喷广场，营造热闹且沉浸式的商业氛围，将众人从喧闹的城市界面吸引过来。

As the first urban interface of the site, the north entrance square assumes the functions of image display, people flow guidance, and gathering popularity. Through the wavy paving and interactive spray-painted plaza, a lively and immersive commercial atmosphere is created to attract people away from the noisy city interface.

入口台阶采取章节式设计，通过台阶、平台、花镜互相穿插、韵律感波浪造型栏杆及增加立面挑台等设计，打造“快速通行+慢游休闲”的双重体验动线。

它既是一条将客流向上引导的主动线，又是一处充满生机趣味的社交剧场，人们可以在这里欣赏前场的水舞秀或开展艺术展览......

The entrance platform adopts a chapter-like approach, creating a dual experience line of "fast travel + slow travel and leisure" through designs such as steps, platforms, flower mirrors, rhythmic wave-shaped railings, and addition of facade platforms. 

It is not only an active line that guides passenger flow upwards, but also a social theater full of vitality and interest, where people can enjoy the music and water spray show in the front field or hold art exhibitions...

我们希望释放下沉广场空间，又能增强第五立面的视觉效果。中心区域设置旱喷广场，保证日常人气同时也满足节假日各类演出活动需求；边界区域设置福榕IP构筑、特色廊架、悬浮绿化树等设计，丰富竖向空间，共同打造一个可承载多元化活动需求的核心爆发点。

We hope to free up the sunken square space and enhance the visual effect of the fifth facade. A dry spray square is set up in the central area to ensure daily popularity and meet the needs of various performances and activities during holidays; in the boundary area, there are designs such as Fu Rong IP architecture, characteristic corridors, and suspended green trees to enrich the vertical space and jointly create a multi-functional space. The core breaking point of activity needs.

南入口雕塑以“榕韵福生”为主题。造型源于福州城的标志“榕树”及古汉语“州”的字体形态寓意“有福之州，生态之城”，展现榕城蓬勃向上的精神，契合闽江北CBD 商务区现代、高效的精神特质。以阶梯跌水处理边界线，增强入口仪式感，拉开与上盖公园广场的差异性。

在这里，我们希望联动周边配套——花园餐厅、观光电梯、上盖公园广场，形成大型场景式核心广场，可承载灯光秀、嘉年华等城市级活动、带动公园氛围场景。

The theme of the sculpture at the south entrance is "Rong Yun Fu Sheng". The shape is derived from the symbol of Fuzhou City "Banyan tree" and the font form of the ancient Chinese "Zhou" meaning "blessed state, ecological city", showing the vigorous and upward spirit of Banyan City, in line with the modern and efficient spirit of the northern CBD business district of Minjiang River. The boundary line is treated with ladder drops to enhance the sense of ceremony at the entrance and to open up the difference from the park square.

Here, we hope to link up with surrounding facilities ——garden restaurants, sightseeing elevators, and covered park plazas， to form a large scene-like core plaza that can host city-level activities such as light shows and carnivals, and drive park activity scenes.

为满足全龄层的活动需求，在场地内将社交、休闲、儿童、运动等功能融入景观空间，有花园餐厅、儿童活动区、潮流滑板区等。
