Project Overview
项目位于深圳市龙岗区平湖街道,场地原址为工业区,经城市更新已成为平湖金融与现代服务业基地的一部分。聚飞光电大厦占地约4,000平方米,楼高99米,共23层。
The urban design of initiation area of Pinghu Financial and Modern Service Industry Base creates a headquarters block centered around a central park. The project site is located on the axis of the block and stands as the tallest building in the block, possessing a high degree of recognition. Along the street interface, the outer surface closely follows the building setback line, while the inner surface facing the block park retreats to create urban public space on the street side. The podium buildings are arranged in a staggered manner, with well-designed commercial functions along the inner surface. The open floor serves as a public space open to the outside, forming a continuous elevated slow-walking system with the planned second-floor corridor.
Out of respect for the region’s long industrial history and the owner’s representation as a high-tech enterprise, the design of the building facade is based on highlighting the expression of the structure. By transitioning the structure, the ground floor lobby space becomes more transparent, and the design of the tower structure emphasizes a facade that creates column-free space inside the tower, becoming a distinctive feature of the building’s exterior. Two facade design languages are employed on the side facades to mitigate the horizontal scale of the building, with the vertical lines forming elegant proportions when viewed from the street. The facade uses metal panels in colors close to its original, representing the development of processing technology in the industry, thereby expressing the technical nature of the building and its inseparable connection to industrial development.
The tower employs three types of facade sun-shading designs to address the scorching sunlight and hot climate of Shenzhen in the summer from different orientations. Surrounding the building, diverse facades create a rhythmic, unique, and continuous texture, providing excellent panoramic views for each office floor and embodying the contemporary high-rise building’s passive energy conservation design concept.
The design and construction of the project adhere to the principles of modularity and parametrics. The precise intersection of the structure is aligned with the finished ground line, and the curtain wall frame seamlessly connects with the ground, demonstrating attention to detail. Facade panels can be unfolded in two dimensions, and during the project construction, the design team shared the flat unfolded drawings with the production and construction units, reducing errors to a certain extent.
In addition to the balconies on each floor, there is also approximately 1600 square meters of outdoor green recreational space. The outdoor landscape features evergreen lawns and shrubs covering all seasons, with wooden activity platforms and resting areas promoting a connection between users and the outdoors. On the 18th floor, there is about 400 square meters of terrace space, the owner’s product showroom, and meeting rooms, where space and nature permeate each other, creating an aerial public floor that serves as a place for visiting, exchanging, and relaxing.
Jufei Optoelectronics HQ, as a modern and forward-looking corporate headquarters, integrates space, nature, and technology. Its spatial features are designed to adapt to the ever-changing needs of clients. The completion of this project also signifies the conclusion of the last construction project in the Pinghu Financial and Modern Service Industry Base initiation area.
