纳米技术国家大学科技园二期 中衡设计   集团 纳米技术的灵感,来自于已故物理学家理查德·费曼1959年所作的一次题为《在底部还有很大空间》的演讲。此后全世界科学家都认识到纳米技术对科技发展的重要性,各国都不惜重金发展纳米技术,力图抢占纳米科技领域的战略高地。本案即是中国在纳米技术研发领域驻扎于苏州的国家大学科技园项目。

Nanotechnology was inspired by a lecture by the late physicist Richard Feynman in 1959 entitled “There’s Plenty of Room at the Bottom”. Since then, scientists all over the world have realized the importance of nanotechnology to the development of science and technology. Countries did not hesitate to invest heavily in the development of nanotechnology, trying to seize the strategic highland in the field of nanotechnology. This case is a project of China's National University Science Park in Suzhou in the field of nanotechnology research and development.




     

     
“栖息地”原则

(栖息地是指物理和生物的环境因素的总和,包括光线、湿度、筑巢地点等,所有这些因素一起构成适宜于动物居住的某一特殊场所。它能够提供食物和防御捕食者等条件。各种动物按照自己喜爱的环境条件来选择栖息地。)
 
我们把“栖息地”视为本案设计的主要原则,将要创造的既是以纳米技术为核心的科技世界,也是为高新企业及人才提供舒适、成长和人文的创新载体。


We regard "Habitat" as the main principle of the design of this case. What we will create is not only a scientific and technological world with nanotechnology as the core, but also an innovative carrier to provide comfort, growth and humanities for high-tech enterprises and talents.

首先本案在创造优美宜人的“栖息环境”考量方面,相地观法,利用基地南侧景观资源丰富的城市公共绿地及吴淞江,促使建筑整体呈现北高南低的趋势,北侧塔楼可眺望远处城市景观,而南侧裙房可欣赏近处自然景观。
场地中“一核两轴三带多院落”的景观策略,建筑围合而成的多个花园式院落,展现不同季相的景观林带。


First of all, in the consideration of creating a beautiful and pleasant "Habitat", the project makes use of the urban public green space and Wusong River with rich landscape resources on the south side of the base, so as to promote the overall trend of the building to be high in the north and low in the south. The North Tower overlooks the urban landscape in the distance, while the South podium enjoys the natural landscape nearby. The landscape strategy of "one core, two axes, three belts and multiple courtyards" encloses a number of garden style courtyards, showing the landscape belts of different seasons.

仔细推敲建筑体量与城市道路的构图关系过后,从人视尺度、街道尺度到城市尺度构成三重天际线,竭力满足使用者对建筑形式美与自然主义美的需求。


After careful consideration of the relationship between the architectural volume and the composition of urban roads, the triple skyline is formed from the human visual scale, street scale to urban scale to meet the needs of users for the beauty of architectural form and naturalism.

空间利用方面遵循了“纳米”可以任意组合所有分子的特性,高层核心筒及设备用房均匀分布在建筑的两侧与角落,中央留出大空间有利于空间进行再分割,自由组合,为使用者创造一个满足当前和未来需求的可持续发展的办公空间。


In terms of space utilization, it seems to fit the characteristics that "nano" can arbitrarily combine all molecules. The high-rise core tube and equipment rooms are evenly distributed on both sides and corners of the building, leaving a large space in the center. Space can be subdivided and freely combined to create a sustainable office space for users to meet current and future needs.

The establishment of 24-hour exquisite social circle not only takes into account the functions of enterprises, industry exhibition and headquarters office, but also provides other infrastructure for high-tech talents. All of these will contribute to a sustainable, circular and socially cohesive future park.

(折叠可能不是具象的形态,是作为艺术形式容纳人类行为的虚态空间,并引导空间路径作为虚态的“折变”。)

礼仪区”与“宴乐区”

科技园形象是为表,而园林意境则是项目之里。正如网师园东宅所代表的门第江南、入户之礼,本案入口处形成礼仪性的短轴线格局,重重递进,气脉贯通。与之相对的网师园西园是自由灵活的“宴乐区”,对照本案中繁华而又隐逸的景观办公区,建筑虽多却不见拥塞,山池虽小,却不觉局促。


Etiquette and Banquet Area
The image of the science and technology park is the external expression, and the garden artistic conception is the connotation of the project. Just as the east residence of Master of the Nets Garden, a ceremonial short axis pattern is formed at the entrance of this case, which is progressive and connected. On the other hand, the west garden is a free and flexible "banquet area" in Master of the Nets Garden, which corresponds to the prosperous and secluded landscape office area in this case.

折叠

景观办公区的布局灵感同样来自于网师园的小园极则,利用建筑体高低错落或分隔或围合,在有限的面积内构成富于变化的景观花园,“地只数亩,而有行回不尽之致”。在空间有序分割中,也通过类似园林的游廊、树木、建筑物阴影引导和转折的空间渗透手法,实现丰富场地原有景观,扩大空间体验感的效果。原本规整、主流的建筑与景观形式,被人为得区隔成移步换景、别有洞天的折变意境。


Folding
The inspiration of the overall layout of the park comes from the Master-of-Nets Garden. The scattered buildings are separated or enclosed to form a varied landscape garden within a limited area and to meet the needs of various practical functions in the science park. The space infiltration method of empty corridor, tree and building shadow guidance and turning can enrich the original landscape of the site and expand the space experience. Regular and mainstream architecture and landscape forms are artificial   ly separated into a changeable artistic conception with changing scenery.

路径规划引入了“多首层”的形制,通过园林式的外廊把一层的开放性、便捷性运用到了非底层的层面。这改变了大楼内原本封闭的内循环格局,以水喻路,以路聚人,将人们传统由下而上的垂直动线转换为自然起伏的曲线,扩大聚拢人流的功能。人的活动因垂直层面的折变意义,打破了固化空间的均质感和稳定感,创造了更多动态的,交互的可能性。


Refolding
Path planning introduces the strategy of "multiple first floor", applies the openness and convenience of the first floor to the non-bottom level through the garden-style verandas. It has changed the closed internal circulation pattern in the building. The veranda transforms people's traditional from-bottom-to-top moving lines into natural undulating curves to expand the function of gathering people. Human activities break the sense of homogeneity and stability of the solidified space because of the vertical fold, creating more dynamic, interactive possibilities.
