The PTSD center is elevated sixteen feet off the ground gradually rising to a peak of fifty feet. A double cantilevered truss system containing the required program hovers over the landscape. It is able to absorb mass amounts of water; therefore， it is key to flood control as well as redistributing water to the local water supply of underground rivers. It is crucial that the site remains a wetland， and will continue to be a home to all its inhabitants and wildlife.
