我在打开某些PDF格式的文件时，会出现如下错误提示：“There was an error processing a page.an error has occurred that may be fixed by installing the latest version of the simplfied Chinese language support package.”好象说是中文字库不对，该如何解决，请教大家。我装的是Adobe Acrobat Reader5.0版。
