NN Residence由J.Mayer.H工作室设计,位于莫斯科河畔的郊区。建筑师设计的家庭住宅与景观无缝融合,营造出建筑与自然统一的形象。


NN Residence is designed by Studio J. Mayer. H and is located in the suburbs on the banks of the Moscow River. The family residence designed by the architect seamlessly integrates with the landscape, creating a unified image of architecture and nature.

Create a rich landscape experience at three levels

建筑的每个楼层都拥有悬臂式的弯曲轮廓,通过几何形状在各层之间创建连接空间。将建筑物与其所在的地面融合在一起,形成统一的花园生活空间。


By creating connecting spaces between each floor through geometric shapes, the building is integrated with its surrounding ground to form a unified garden living space.

挡土墙后面的路径供人员使用,以免穿过私人空间。它们与所有服务大楼相连,并提供通往所有功能区域的不显眼的通道。


The path behind the retaining wall is for personnel to use to avoid passing through private spaces. They are connected to all service buildings and provide unobtrusive access to all functional areas.

Activity areas that meet various functions

场地的中心位置被一个大池塘占据,池塘里有一个水滴形式的小码头,池塘靠近主屋,与河流形成视觉联系。


The center of the site is occupied by a large pond, which has a small dock in the form of water droplets. The pond is close to the main house and forms a visual connection with the river.

场地内设有运动场、儿童游乐场和凉亭等,满足运动游乐需求。


凉亭旁边有一个小池塘和一个干燥的花园,形成了场地的多面景观。所有功能区都通过不同的路线连接,包括跑步路线。


There are sports fields, children's playgrounds, and pavilions in the venue to meet the needs of sports and entertainment.

There is a small pond and a dry garden next to the pavilion, forming a multifaceted landscape of the site. All functional areas are connected through different routes, including running routes.


 
 
 
 
 
 

干燥的花园

A dry garden


建筑与河流之间隔着自然生成的蓄水池,绿色屋顶和细密的地板通过表面蒸发和热缓冲作用实现加热和制冷,从而创造出良好的室内气候。


There is a naturally generated reservoir between the building and the river. Green roofs and fine floors achieve heating and cooling through surface evaporation and thermal buffering, creating a good indoor climate.

Vegetation selection for adapting to the Moscow climate zone

该地区的景观营造出一种接近自然环境的感觉,每个功能区都强调空间利用和植物的视觉感知。


The landscape of the area creates a sense of natural environment, with plants in each functional area emphasizing spatial utilization and visual perception.

所有多年生植物都具有莫斯科地区气候带的特征,并根据开花时间进行选择,因此花园的颜色和纹理不断变化。
