近日，由零壹城市为上市公司广宇集团设计的新总部大楼已正式落成。项目为高88米的甲级写字楼，总建筑面积22,015㎡，提供办公、商业等公共服务空间。新总部矗立于钱塘江北岸，苗条挺拔的建筑体量成为江北都市风景中的新亮点。 The COSMOS Group's newly designed headquarters building by LYCS Architecture has been completed. The COSMOS Group's newly designed headquarters building by LYCS Architecture has been completed. It's an 88-meter-high Grade A office building with 22,015 square meters of construction area. It includes public service spaces such as office and commercial spaces, and it's located on the north bank of the Qiantang River. This slim and tall building is now a new highlight in the urban landscape of Jiangbei.

项目西临城市主干道中河高架，从北至南被钱江国际商务中心、大名空间、海运国际三座建筑合围。项目作为成熟的城市环境中最后一块拼图，如何应对极限用地带来的挑战和最大化地利用景观资源成为了设计思考的两大核心。

Located to the west of Zhonghe Elevated Road, the project is surrounded by Qianjiang International Business Center、 Daming Space and Haiyun International Building in a north-to-south direction. As the final addition to an established cityscape, the project's design focuses on addressing the challenges of limited land use and maximizing landscape resources.

立锥之地

项目周边地块均已完成开发，城市空间早已成熟，用地面积仅3,348 平方米。建筑距离最近的大名空间西南角距离不到20m，且地块的三角形形态使用效率不佳。

All the land around the project has been developed, and the urban area is fully grown. The plot for the building is only 3,348 square meters and is located less than 20 meters away from the nearest South West Point of Daming Space. The triangular shape of the plot could be utilized more efficiently.

设计团队采用六边形平面回应场地形态，挖掘空间潜力，最大化利用建筑平面。

The design team uses hexagonal planes to fit the site's shape, make the most of the space available, and fully utilize the building planes.

项目除总部办公功能外，还为社区提供养老空间，商业配套，并且建筑主体内置了一座高达12层的立体停车库。随着建筑的落成，高速城市化后城市空间中配套功能的短缺得到缓解。

Apart from serving as the headquarters office, the project also offers commercial facilities and elderly care spaces for the community. Moreover, the main building comes with a 12-story three-dimensional parking garage. The completion of the buildings has helped address the lack of supporting functions in urban spaces caused by rapid urbanization.

六边形形体相比传统的四边形平面，避免了和现状楼宇之间锐角的冲突，形成较为缓和的城市空间。

Hexagonal shapes are better than traditional quadrilateral planes because they prevent sharp angle conflicts with existing buildings, creating a more relaxed urban space.

六边形短边形成了百米下杭城最苗条建筑剪影，提供了良好的标志性，而长边形成了厚重敦实的建筑体量，连续地展示面为集团企业形象增色。

The short side of the hexagonal shape forms the slimmest silhouette of the building in Hangzhou, providing a good landmark. The long side creates a thick and sturdy building volume with continuous display surfaces adding color to the image of the group enterprise.

江山之间

项目向南俯瞰钱塘江，向西北远眺玉皇山，沿高架侧拥有180度的山水景观。

The project overlooks Qiantang River to the south and Yuhuang Mountain to the northwest and has a 180-degree landscape along the elevated side.

设计在5层与12层设置两座露台，对外回应山水景观，对内则分别对应了对外出租办公区以及总部自用空中大堂。同时，通过露台将建筑体量一分为三，三个略微错动的体块让建筑形体更加多变。

It is designed to set two balconies on the 5th and 12th floors to respond to the landscape externally. Simultaneously, internally, they correspond to the office area for external rent and the Sky lobby for the headquarters. At the same time, the building volume is divided into three parts through the terrace, with three slightly staggered blocks making the building more versatile.

米黄色的仿石铝板以一种鲜明的对比关系向天空延伸，与东面相邻的黑色玻璃和钢铁材料的开发项目形成反差，从城市环境中脱颖而出。

The beige imitation stone aluminum panel extends into the sky in sharp contrast to the adjacent black glass and steel development projects to the east, standing out from the urban environment.

结语

高速城市化发展后，如何开发高密度城市中缝隙中的剩余地块，是城市迈向精细化与集约化高水平发展的必经之路。从香港的铅笔楼，到纽约最瘦摩天楼，纽约西 57 街 111 号莫不如此，广宇芯座的设计提供高品质的办公空间，并为如何使用土地做出了新的探索。

After the rapid development of urbanization, how to develop the remaining land in the gaps of high-density cities is a necessary path for cities to move towards a high level of refinement and intensification. From the Pencil Tower in Hong Kong and the ultra-thin 111 West 57th Street skyscraper in New York, the design of the COSMOS Headquarters Building provides high-quality office space and makes new explorations on land use.
