电缆桥架防火隔板怎么计算?
1.1.1. 防火墙两侧的电缆周围利有机堵料进行密实的分隔包裹,其二侧厚度大于防火墙表面20mm,电缆周围的有机堵料宽度不得小于30mm,呈对称的矩形状,表面光滑平整。1.1.2. 防火墙两侧以外涂刷防火涂料2~3米。1.1.3. 防火墙上部的电缆盖上涂刷红色明显标记。 1.2. 竖井1.2.1. 竖井防火封堵的位置在人孔门处安装。1.2.2. 因电缆竖井的面积较大,用#8镀锌槽钢制作托架框,并中间加固均匀分成不大于400mm×400mm的网格状。1.2.3. 把耐火隔板切割成400mm×400mm的块状,进行封堵。1.2.4. 底面的孔隙口及电缆周围必须采用有机堵料进行密实封堵,电缆周围的有机堵料厚度不得小于20mm。1.2.5. 然后在防火板上浇铸无机堵料其厚度按照无机堵料的产品性能而定,一般在150mm ~ 200mm。1.2.6. 无机堵料浇筑后在其顶部使用有机堵料将每根电缆分隔包裹,其厚度大于无机堵料表层的10mm,电缆周围的有机堵料宽度不得小于30mm,呈几何图形,面层平整。
