本文介绍了一个基于典型墙板试验记录,应用细胞自动机技术直接预测面外均布荷载下砌体墙板破坏
模式的模型。在这个模型中,一个新建议的传递函数被用来模拟边界效应向墙板内各个区域的传递。进而,
由所提出的细胞自动机模型产生基础墙板和新墙板内各个区域的状态值,再应用所建议的准则匹配两墙板内
的类似区域。最后,以两墙板的类似区域和基础墙板的试验破坏模式为依据,鉴别出新墙板的破坏区域,从
而预测出新墙板的破坏模式。这个细胞自动机模型能取代传统技术例如有限元方法,能更精确更有效地预测
砌体墙板的破坏模式,为解决一直困扰这个领域的破坏模式的预测问题开辟了一条新的途径。
This paper introduces a new technique which directly predicts the failure patterns of laterally loaded masonry
panels based on the experimental record of the typical panels. In this technique, a new cellular automata (CA) model
including the proposed transition functions is established to propagate the boundary effect to zones within a panel.
The corresponding rules for the state values of zones derived from the proposed CA model are then introduced to
implement the CA technique to establish zone similarity between two panels. Finally, the zone similarity is applied
to identify locations of cracks on the panel. The technique is used in a novel way which eliminates the use of any
analytical tools such as the finite element analysis (FEA), and is based purely on comparing the behaviour of the
base panel and other panels subjected to the same loading type and with the similar boundary conditions to predict
the failure pattern of the panel.

Several problems in nonlinear finite element analysis of prestressed masonry structures, such as structural
modelling, material constitution, the damage criterion, iterative algorithm, convergence criterion, simulation of
prestressing force, etc., are discussed in this paper. The nonlinear simulation of a typical prestressed masonry test is
done based on the discussions. By the comparison with experimental analysis results, the reliability of the nonlinear
static analysis with ANSYS for prestressed masonry structures has been verified.

本文运用有限元分析程序ANSYS 对普通砖砌体剪压相关性能进行了非线性模拟分析,得出了一条与试验
结果基本一致的剪压破坏形态和相关曲线。同时,程序计算中也验证了普通砖砌体结构在压应力不断增大下,
其剪压复合破坏形态依次为:滑移破坏、剪压破坏、斜压破坏。
By using ANSYS program, the nonlinear behavior of fired common brick masonry under combined shear and
compression was simulated and analyzed. A calculating curve and failure criteria of masonry structure accorded with
tests were obtained. Meanwhile, the results of analysis testified that along with increasing compressive stresses, the
failure criteria of masonry structure under combined shear and compression showed as follows: (a) failure of the
bend joints by friction, (b) failure of masonry as a result of exceeding the tensile strength of masonry unit, and (c)
failure of masonry as a result of exceeding the compressive strength of masonry unit.

采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS 对多孔砖砌体剪-压复合受力性能进行了分析,在多孔砖砌体剪-压
相关曲线中,当应力峰值出现时,多孔砖砌体的轴压比要比普通实心砖砌体的小,这是因为在复合受力状态
时,多孔砖砌体的开裂较早并且砂浆的销栓不能传递压力的结果。建议在设计时,控制其轴压比不大于0.5。
Shear-compression composite mechanic performance of perforated brick masonry is analyzed using FEM
analysis software ANSYS. While stress peak value appearing, the axial compression ratio of perforated brick
masonry is smaller than which of ordinary brick masonry in shear-compression related curve of masonry. This is the
result that the crack load is smaller and mortar pin key can not transfer compression of perforated brick masonry in
shear-compression composite stress static. The axial compression ratio of perforated brick masonry is suggested to
be controlled less than or equal to 0.5 in the design.

细观力学,提出并建立了由细观基元性质反映宏观力学行为的砌体开裂理论与分析方法,推演砌体在开裂过
程中的声发射率与不均匀性及其损伤演化之间的关系。用自行研制开发的材料破坏过程分析系统MFPA
(Material Failure Process Analysis), 对砌体在基本受力状态下的开裂过程进行了较为系统的数值试验,模拟
了砌体构件从损伤到开裂破坏全过程。结果表明,该方法清晰反映了物理实验不易获取的应力场以及损伤演
化过程在开裂过程中的调整、迁移以及相互作用,对于从细观力学的更高层次上理解砌体开裂的非线性过程
具有重要意义,同时为砌体结构的破坏与失稳的预测预报理论研究提供了新的方法。
Based on the heterogeneous characteristics of masonry structure, the masonry is consider as a three-plase
composite material that includes block, mortar and felt strip between them, Meso-mechanics is applied to study the
failure process of masonry, a numerical method is built to simulate the process of masonry failure with a
meso-elements. The whole failure progress of the masonry structure from crack initiation to coalescence was
simulated by using the new developed Material Failure Process Analysis (MFPA). Compared with the experimental
results, the simulation results show that numerical analysis clearly reflects the stress field and damage evolution
process during the modification, transference and interaction of the microcracks which are difficult to achieve by
physical experiments. It provides a new method to research the failure and seismicity of masonry.

二层和三层外纵墙位于挑梁端部的砖砌体结构房屋在四川农居房屋中大量存在,这类房屋的原设计意图
是结构的楼层挑出部分的荷载分别由各层挑梁承担。经过对大量该类房屋的现场检查和检测发现多例挑梁上
部墙体出现斜向裂缝的现象。通过采用有限元计算对该类房屋悬挑部位的受力情况按照实际施工工序进行模
拟和分析,以找出裂缝产生的原因以及实际结构模型与原设计假定的关系。针对该类房屋挑出一侧的外纵墙
与相应部位底层外纵墙竖向不连续的问题对房屋在地震作用下的受力性能进行了分析,并提出了处理建议。
In Sichuan province there extensively exist farmhouses with overhanging upper story exterior wall which is
designed to be supported by cantilever beams. In this paper a FEM analysis about the overhanging part for a model
based on actual construction procedure is performed, the analysis results are compared with cracking walls found on
many case studies for the connection between the actual model and the model by designers. The problem of
vertically discontinuous exterior wall’s structural behavior subjected to earthquake is also dressed and a suggestion
is made for design reference.

我国的城市建设和旧城改造每年都要产生大量的建筑垃圾,建筑垃圾的主要成份是废弃的混凝土块和碎
砖块,处理和堆放这类建筑垃圾不仅要花费较多的资金,而且还严重影响环境,不利于我国的可持续发展战
略。本文分别进行了利用碎混凝土块、碎砖块作为粗骨料的再生混凝土配合比的试验研究。在选定配合比的
基础上,用振动挤压成型的方法分别制作出用碎混凝土块作为粗骨料的再生混凝土KP1 型多孔砖和用碎砖块
作为粗骨料的再生混凝土KP1 型多孔砖,并进行了所研制的再生混凝土多孔砖的抗压强度、收缩性能和冻螎
循环试验。试验研究结果表明,用碎混凝土块作为粗骨料的再生混凝土KP1 型多孔砖的强度等级可达到
MU25, 用碎砖块作为粗骨料的再生混凝土KP1 型多孔砖的强度等级可达到MU15, 多孔砖的收缩变形较小,
冻螎循环试验结果符合要求,且价格较低,可作为粘土砖的替代产品用于砌体结构房屋。
In China, a huge quantity of construction and demolition (C&D) wastes are produced every year. The wastes
are mainly composed of concrete rubbles or bricks. The disposal of the wastes has become a severe social and
environmental problem in the territory. The possibility of recycling of these wastes in construction industry is thus of
increasing importance. In this paper, the test results of mixture ratio of the concrete using recycled aggregates
(crushed concrete rubbles or crushed bricks) are given. The fundamental properties such as the compressive strength,
the shrinkage ratio and the freezing-thawing characteristics of concrete perforated brick using the recycled
aggregates are tested and discussed in detail. The technological requirements to produce the concrete perforated
bricks using recycled aggregates molded with extrusion method are also discussed. It is indicated that the grade of
concrete perforated bricks using crushed concrete aggregates can reach MU15 or MU20, the grade of concrete
perforated bricks using crushed brick aggregates can reach MU10 or MU15 according to the specifications of
Chinese Code—Code for Design of Masonry Structure GB50003-2001. These concrete perforated bricks using
recycled aggregates may be used in the building of masonry structure.

目前国内在砌体结构中仍大量使用普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆,由于新型墙体材料应用的比例日益增加,仅通
过提高普通硅酸盐水泥的活性等措施已无法满足新型墙体材料对砌筑砂浆粘结性能的要求,造成部分应用新
型墙体材料的砌体结构房屋抗剪强度偏低,容易开裂,在一定程度上影响了新型墙体材料的推广应用。本文
在水泥砂浆中掺入一定比例的PVB(聚乙烯醇缩丁醛)和MC(甲基纤维素)等材料进行改性,通过16 组
96 个试件的正交抗剪试验,分析了PVB 和MC 的掺量对粘土砖砌体、混凝土砌块、蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体以及
加气混凝土块砌体抗剪强度的影响。试验研究结果表明,由于不同砌体块材的表面性状不同,对不同砌体块
材应采用不同的PVC 和MC 掺量,针对不同的砌体块材合理的选择PVB 和MC 的掺量可使砌体的抗剪强度
提高50%-100%,对改善砌体结构房屋的抗裂性能有重要意义。在试验结果的基础上,提出了分别用于粘土
砖砌体、混凝土砌块砌体、蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体以及加气混凝土块砌体砌筑砂浆的PVB 和MC 建议掺量,可
供工程实践应用参考。
It’s one of the effective methods that could improve the poor shear strength of masonry laid with the new type
walling materials such as the concrete small hollow block, autoclaved flyash-lime brick, etc. by using polymer to
amend the bond property of the ordinary cement mortar. In this paper, the polyvinyl-butyral (PVB) and methyl
cellulose (MC) are adopted as chemical additives to improve the bond property of cement mortar in masonry. The
test results of shear strength of 16 group (96 pieces) designed with orthogonal method are given, and the main
factors affecting the shear strength of masonry such as the kind of blocks, the strength of mortar, and the mixed
quantity of PVB and MC etc. are discussed and analyzed in detail. By way of experimental statistical regression, the
calculating formula of the shear strength of modified mortar masonry for every kind of walling material has been
established. Based on the above analysis, the mixed quantity and proportion of polymer additive of mortar have been
proposed as references for practical masonry structures.

An experimental research on the basic mechnical performance of 4 different ribs concrete perforated brick
masonries are herein presented in this paper. The result shows that the four kinds of concrete perforated brick
masonries are better than the clay brick in the compressive strength and the shear strength. By comparing 12mm and
15mm rib thickness mansories, the effect producing by the rib thickness to the compressive strength and the shear
strength is concluded.

压形态下,14 组42 个砌体局压试件的试验结果,提出了局压强度提高系数的建议公式,并与现行规范进行
了对比。结果表明,多孔砖由于其孔洞构造特点,明显影响了非局压砌体“围箍作用”的发挥和局部压力的
扩散,其砌体局压承载力低于实心砖砌体,破坏具有明显的脆性特征。
Through the test research on the behavior of burned shale perforated brick masonry with rectangular openings
under four kinds of local uniform pressure,the paper analyzed statistically the test data of 14 groups total 42
specimens and proposed the formula about added coefficient of strength in comparison with the corresponding
expression in Chinese masonry code. The result indicated that the characteristic of the perforated brick masonry had
an evident influence on the exertion of the constraint effect of confined masonry and the spread of compressive
stress,the bearing capacity of local compression of which is lower than that of the solid brick masonry and has a
evident brittleness character.

混凝土小型空心砌块我国墙体改革重点推广的新型墙体材料之一,但其抗剪、抗拉强度较低,抗裂、抗
震性能较差。本文提出对砌体施加预应力,形成新型砌体结构—预应力砌体。对预应力混凝土小型空心砌块
墙体进行了水平静载作用下的抗裂性能、低周反复荷载作用下的抗震性能试验研究以及预应力损失研究。研
究结果表明:预应力改变了砌体结构的开裂位置、显著的提高了结构的开裂荷载和极限承载力,有效的改善
了砌体结构的抗裂性能和抗震性能。同时采用有限元方法对预应力砌体的抗裂性能进行了分析计算。在此基
础上,提出了预应力砌体的设计建议和构造措施。最后,展望了预应力砌体的应用前景。
A new type of masonry structure-prestressed masonry was proposed in this paper. Through the transverse static
loading test and the low-cyclic reversed loading test on the prestressed small-sized concrete hollow block masonry,
the crack-resistance behavior and seismic behavior of prestressed masonry were analyzed in this paper. The results
of the tests indicate that the prestressing force is effective in appreciably increasing the cracking load and ultimate
capacity, and improving crack-resistance behavior and seismic behavior. Adopt Non-linear finite element analysis,
the crack-resistance behavior of prestressed masonry walls was analysis. Based on above researches, some design
recommendations and construction techniques of prestressed masonry are presented in this paper. Finally, the
application prospect of prestressed masonry was predicted.

Composite concrete hollow block with benzene is a new block with not only energy saving but also high
capacity.On the bases of the experimental study of three walls with this kind of material with different size and
different structure,this paper discussed the coordinate level of the main block and subsidiary block including
benzene during the compression experiments. The load bearing from experiments and code are compared. Some
preliminary suggestions on the loading bearing of this block are proposed. The influence of construction measures to
the bearing capacity of the wall under vertical load is discussed.

成修建的房屋存在耐久性问题。本文对出现耐久性问题的原因,如何控制和发现问题进行了阐述。其它品
种的蒸压、蒸养砖也有参考价值。
Sand-lime brick is a wall material widely applied in Europe because of high strength, source convenience and
energy saving. The existing building has the durability problems because few factories produce bricks against the
code. The introduction of causing reasons of durability problems corresponding control measures as well as finding
problems is proposed. The results provide reference for other kind of autoclaved sand-lime brick and steam brick.

收利用具有重要意义。本文测定了不同级配再生混凝土空心砌块和砌体的抗压强度,完成了3 根再生混凝土
小型空心砌块砌体柱的轴压试验,探讨了其受压性能。研究表明,当其他条件相同时,再生混凝土空心砌块
的抗压强度较普通混凝土小型空心砌块略有降低,但是仍能满足承重砌块的要求;再生混凝土空心砌块砌体
的抗压强度低于普通混凝土空心砌块砌体;再生混凝土空心砌块砌体柱的受压性能与普通空心砌块砌体柱相
似,可以用普通砌体规范中轴压构件的承载能力计算公式估算再生混凝土空心砌块砌体柱的轴压承载能力。
This study aims to investigate the compressive performance of concrete hollow blocks made from recycled
aggregate derived from the waste concrete, which is very important for reusing the waste concrete. The compressive
strengths of small hollow blocks and masonry with different mix proportions of recycled concrete were measured.
Three columns made of recycled concrete small hollow blocks were tested for the compressive performance. The
results show that the compressive strengths of small hollow blocks with recycled concrete, as well as the related
masonry, is lower than that with natural aggregates, but it can satisfy the requirement for load bearing. The
compressive performance of column made of recycled concrete small hollow blocks is similar to that made of
hollow blocks with natural aggregates, and the loading capacity of the recycled small hollow block concrete column
can be estimated by the formula used for normal masonry.

analysed the cause and found that the key of crack treatment is the awareness of crack change. We proposed some
methods to control and repair the cracks in structural fixtures. Flexible treatment is a good method in them.

结果表明,混凝土实心砖在水、碱溶液、盐溶液、酸溶液中强度有一定损失。但浸渍后的强度仍大于15MPa,
不会对基础产生影响。干粉砂浆在水、碱溶液、盐溶液、酸溶液中强度稳定增长,其耐久性良好。
