摘
要
本构关系是材料内部微观机理的宏观行为表现,是有限元分析的基础,对于结构和构件受力分析的重要
性是不言而喻的。与普通混凝土材料相比较,混凝土砌块砌体由于构成材料的性质迥异、规则性布置方式以
及块体自身具有的方向性差别而表现出明显的各向异性。本文在宏观层次上,将各组成相材料的影响视为整
体的平均表观性能考虑,把具有实际尺寸的宏单元体作为基本研究对象,采用唯象方法,通过设置减摩层,
进行单元体在平面应力状态下的单、双轴试验。利用等效单轴应变的概念,建立混凝土注芯砌块砌体材料的
平面应力状态的非线性应力应变关系曲线方程。
Constitutive law is the macroscopic behavior of material’s microscopic action mechanism. It is the base of
finite element analysis. It is very important to structural analysis. Compared with plain concrete material, concrete
block masonry exhibits distinct directional characteristics on account of the different properties of the anisotropy of
the block, its component materials and the regular layout pattern. In this paper, any component’s effect is not
distinguished and is treated as a whole. By the phenomenological approach, test on the macro element with
macroscopic dimension is conducted for different principal stress ratios under in-plain loading. By the concept of
equivalent uniaxial strains, the constitutive law of grouted concrete block masonry is achieved under plain stress
state.

要
通过4 组共24 个混凝土空心砌块砌体抗压试件的力学性能试验,研究了引气型砂浆砌体的开裂荷载、
极限强度、弹性模量、泊松比和受压应力-应变曲线关系等力学性能。试验表明,引气型砂浆砌筑的混凝土
空心砌块砌体的变形比普通砂浆砌体的大,并随着砂浆的含气量增加而增大,开裂荷载和极限强度变化不大,
实测的应力-应变关系曲线仍大致可以分为三个阶段。本文研究成果可供引气型砂浆砌体设计和理论研究。
The mechanical behaviors of plasticizer masonry are studied experimentally through 24 specimens of 4 groups.
The behaviors of the cracking resistant load, ultimate strength, elastic modulus, Poission’s Ratio and compressive
stress-strain curves of plasticizer masonry are obtained. The experiments indicate that the deformation of plasticizer
masonry is great than that for normal masonry and increases with the increment of the gas ratio, the cracking
resistant load and ultimate strength change little. The compressive stress-strain curves of plasticizer masonry still
consists of three different stages. The conclusions of the paper can be used as references for the design of plasticizer
masonry structures and the theoretical research.

伊通加气混凝土砌体,具有轻质、高强、保温、环保等诸多优点,是目前建筑领域大力推广应用的新型
墙体材料之一。目前的加气混凝土规范,特别是对采用专用粘结剂砌筑的加气混凝土砌体的基本力学性能很
少进行过比较系统的试验研究。本文通过对伊通加气混凝土砌体12 个轴压和偏压试验、18 个弯曲抗拉试验
和9 个通缝抗剪试验的结果进行分析,研究了采用专用粘结剂砌筑的伊通加气混凝土砌体的基本力学性能。
YTONG aerated concrete masonry is a one of the new wall materials widely applied in building structures now
because of its lightness, high strength, thermal insulation, environment protection etc.. In current code for aerated
concrete there is very few experimental studies on the basic mechanical behavior of aerated concrete with special
mortar adopting. In this paper, the basic mechanical behavior of YTONG aerated concrete masonry with special
mortar adopting has been studied by analysis the results of 12 axial and eccentric compression tests, 18 both tension
and bending tests, and 9 mortar joint shearing tests.

要
对灰缝砂浆在压剪状态下的破坏准则进行了试验研究,考虑了砂浆强度等级、灰缝厚度、灰缝位置等因
素的影响,对试验现象进行了分析,在试验数据回归的基础上得到了形式较为简单破坏准则,该准则在应用
于砌体结构数值分析时可以得到较好的效果。最后对进一步的研究提出了建议。
Test research on failure criteria of mortar beds under shear and compression is performed, and factors,
including strength of the mortar, thickness of the mortar beds, and position of the mortar beds are considered.
Phenomena of the test are analyzed, and a simple failure criteria is proposed based on the regression of test results.
Meanwhile the effectiveness of applying this criteria in thenumerical analysis of masonry structures is verified.
Suggestions on further research are proposed conclusively.

外墙的裂缝和渗漏是建筑工程中不容忽视的普遍质量问题,普通砌筑砂浆在抗收缩能力上的缺陷是主要
原因。在砌筑砂浆中掺入不同量的聚酰胺乳胶,并就和易性、干缩性能及力学性能等方面进行对比试验,本
文全面分析了该实验结果,并得出结论:这种乳胶能够有效控制砌筑砂浆的收缩开裂,并能大大改善砂浆的
和易性,应用于外墙砌筑砂浆,可成功解决裂缝和渗漏问题。
Crack and seepage of exterior wall are commonly concerned problems in civil engineering, which are mainly
due to the poor shrink-resisting ability of traditional masonary mortar. Different amount of polyamide latex was
added into masonary mortar to test and compare their workability,dry shrinkage, and mechanical properties. The
result shows that this kind of latex can not only prevent masonry mortar from contracting and fracturing but also
greatly improve the workability of mortar. Therefore, the problem of fracturing and seepage of exterior wall can be
solved if the latex is applied to masonary mortar.

对生土结构中的土坯和土坯砌体的受力性能进行试验研究。采用民间工艺制作土坯,对土坯进行抗折、
抗剪和三个方向的抗压试验,获得土坯的不同强度。使用不同的砌筑方法砌筑土坯砌体试件,对试件施加轴
心压力,研究砌体轴心受压性能、破坏形态。比较土坯砌体与砖砌体受力的异同,分析影响土坯砌体承载力
和变形性能的因素,对土坯砌体的施工提出一些建议,为村镇抗震规程中生土结构房屋部分的编制提供基础
研究资料。
Experimental studies are performed on the bearing performance of adobe block and adobe masonry that
belongs to raw-soil structures. Experiments are performed on the flexural strengths, shear strengths and three
directional compressive strengths of adobe block, which is made by traditional method, to gain its varies strengths.
And axial force is applied to adobe masonry specimens, which are laid by varies marshaling way, to study their axial
compression performance and failure modes. Then comparisons of bearing performance are made between adobe
masonry and brickwork, the influential factors to the bearing performance and deformation performance of adobe
masonry are analyzed. Some advices are made for construction of adobe masonry. The testing result also offers the
basal study datum for working out anti-seismic code of raw-soil structural buildings, which is a part of anti-seismic
code of village and town buildings.

本文根据灌芯混凝土砌块砌体受剪特征,利用Hoffman 强度准则分析灌芯混凝土砌块砌体的抗剪强度,
推导出它的抗剪强度表达式,并将公式的计算值与试验结果进行分析比较。通过比较分析可得,本文公式计
算值与试验结果吻合较好,为从理论上建立砌体抗剪强度公式作了有益的探讨。
Based on shear behavior of concrete block masonry and Hoffman strength theory, shear strength of concrete
block masonry is analyzed and the calculation formula is forwarded. By the comparison of calculation results and
test results, the calculation results are in good agreement with the test results. Some profitable research on
establishing the calculation formula of shear strength by theoretical research is doing.

新型墙体材料—混凝土小型空心砌块由于具有许多优点得到了广泛的应用。但在使用过程中往往出现墙
体裂缝问题,从而影响建筑物的耐久性及适用性,阻碍其推广。因此,砌块建筑裂缝问题亟待解决。本文通
过自行设计的保湿空间,对尺寸相同、构造措施不同的墙体进行试验,分析了环境相对湿度(RH)、上墙后
时间、面层材料等因素对砌块墙体变形的影响,对比面层材料的抗变形效果,并测得65%、45%两种湿度条件
下墙体的干缩率,供工程实际中应用。
Nowadays, new wall materials-small concrete hollow blocks having many merits have been used widely. But,
some cracks appear on walls using this new wall material, which reduce endurance and capability of the building
and prevent this material applying widely. So, the problem on wall crack should be solved urgently. In this paper,
tests were conducted with walls of the same dimension in a room designed by ourselves to ensure invariable relative
humidity. Through the tests, the influence of relative humidity, time, duration surfacing materials on shrinkage of
block walls had been investigated. Also, the shrinkage ratio of block walls are achieved under percentage 65 relative
humidity and percentage 45 relative humidity. The results can be used as references to the project application.

通过出平面集中偏心荷载下带构造柱组合砌体墙的破坏试验,了解了力与偏心距对柱、圈梁与砌体墙共
同工作性能的影响,揭示了截面应力沿墙体水平和竖向的传递与分布规律,探索了裂缝的出现与发展、构件
变形与破坏的机理,找出了影响受力性能的因素与规律。此外尚就墙体平面外的支承与约束所产生的空间作
用进行了分析。本研究为进而建立组合墙出平面偏心受压的基本理论与计算方法,以填补现行砌体结构设计
规范之空白,提供了初步的依据。
Based on the failure test of the composite masonry walls with structural concrete columns under concentrated
loading out-of-plane, the influences of force and eccentricity on the coordination of columns 、ring beams and
masonry walls are discussed, the transfer and distribution rules of section stresses in the horizontal and vertical
direction of the walls are revealed, the emergence and development of cracks, the deformation and failure
mechanisms of members are investigated, and the reasons and rules influencing the behaviors of masonry walls are
discovered. At last, the spacial effects caused by the bracing and constraint out-of-plane are analyzed, which will
provide elementary experimental and academic basis for the founds of basic theory and calculation methods of
composite walls which are out-of-plane and eccentrically–compressed to fill the blank of current code of masonry
structures in these aspects.

一种新型复杂结构体系-框支配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构结构兼顾了配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构和框支混
凝土剪力墙结构的优点。本文对三榀具有不同侧移刚度比的配筋砌块砌体框支剪力墙结构进行了在水平地震
中的破坏形态的研究;研究了这种结构的破坏机理。试验结果表明,框支配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构的初始弹
性侧移刚度比对结构的薄弱层的位置和破坏形态具有重要影响,随着结构侧移刚度比的减小,转换层上部1-2
层结构的破坏明显增加。后两榀底部两层框剪框支配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构的整体工作性能良好,较底部两
层框架框支配筋砌块砌体剪力墙具有更好的抗震能力。
A new type of complex tall building-FSRMW (frame-supported-reinforced-masonry-shear-wall) combines the
advantages of RMW(reinforced-masonry-shear-wall) and FSRCW(frame-supported-reinforced-concrete-shear-wall).
Failure modes of three specimens with different lateral stiffness ratio have been analyzed by substructure
pseudodynamic testing. The damage mechanisms of test models are investigated. The testing results show that the
lateral stiffness ratio of the structure influences on the soft story and the failure mode. The seismic performance of
the structure with frame-shear-wall-supported reinforced masonry shear wall is better than that of the structure with
frame- supported reinforced masonry shear wall.

本文首先通过一榀两层单跨的混合结构试验,研究了墙体对梁端的约束情况,得到了梁端的转角、梁跨
中的挠度、梁端弯矩以及梁跨中的弯矩等数据,将试验结果与按框架计算、简支计算而得的数据进行了比较;
研究结果表明,多层混合结构房屋梁端约束力矩是存在的,即反映了框架作用,多层混合结构房屋并不能简
单地按铰接计算简图分析内力。
Firstly through the experiment of a two-story, and one-span masonry structure with RC floors, the restriction of
the wall on the beam end is researched. The angular rotation of the beam end, the deflection on the middle of beam,
the restriction moment on the beam end, and the restriction moment on the middle of beam are obtained. The result
of the experiment is also compared with the result calculating with the rigid joint static scheme and hinge joint static
scheme. It is suggested by the results of experiment research that the restriction moment of the wall on the beam end
for multistory masonry structure buildings with RC floors exists. The calculating diagram of multistory masonry
structural buildings with RC floors is not simply hinge, but frame.

Aiming at the problems in application of common multi-storey structural systems, the reinforced block
short-leg masonry shear wall structural system(RBSMWSS) is put forward, and a brief introduction to RBSMWSS
is made. In addition, the energy dissipating property and ductility of the RBSMWSS are researched by the horizontal
cylic loading experiments of three specimens. At last the conclusions are made.

Experimental research on bending bearing behavior of reinforced masonry walls is conducted. By the lateral
load-bearing capacity tests on six specimens of reinforced masonry walls, including two Z-shape walls, the failure
characteristics, the important considerations of the bending bearing capacity are discussed, and the formulas for
evaluating the bending bearing stiffness are proposed. The theoretical computations are also compared with the
experimental data.

本文完成了24 个配置有横向约束件的灌芯混凝土砌块砌体的轴压试验,横向约束件是指配置在水平灰
缝或水平凹槽中的箍筋和钢板,试验表明:配置了箍筋、钢板等横向约束件以后,试件的承载能力、极限变
形均有一定程度的提高,而且试件的破坏形态有较大的改善,体现较好的延性性能。参考约束混凝土的强度
计算方法,本文提出适合约束灌芯砌块砌体强度的计算公式,计算值与试验值吻合良好。
24 pieces of grouted concrete block masonry with transverse confined action were tested under axial
compression loading. The transverse confined action is the hoop reinforcement and plates which are reinforced in the
transverse mortar sew or groove of masonry . The results indicate that the axial compressive strength and ultimate
distortion capacity of the masonry are improved by the transverse confining hoop reinforcement and plate. The
failure strain and ductility are also efficiently improved. According to the strength calculated model of the confined
concrete. A formula to calculate the ultimate compression strength of grouted concrete block masonry with
transverse confined action is developed. The results of the calculation have good match with that of experiments.

为了解配筋砌块墙体在平面外偏心荷载作用下的受力性能及承载能力,本文对16 个墙片试件进行了平
面外偏心受压试验研究,并将各试件的承载力试验值与《砌体结构设计规范》的简化方法计算值进行了对比
分析,结果表明,规范给出的简化计算方法偏于保守。利用钢筋混凝土压弯构件的计算理论,提出了配筋砌
块墙体平面外偏心荷载作用下承载力的计算方法,计算值与试验结果吻合较好。
In order to study the mechanical characteristic and the capacity of reinforced masonry walls, 16 reinforced
masonry walls were tested under out of plane eccentric load. The capacities of specimens were compared with that
calculated from Code for Design of Masonry Structure. The result showed that the simplified method on the code is
conservative. And based on the theory of concrete eccentric compressive members, the new method to calculate the
capacity of reinforced concrete walls under eccentric load was presented. The result got good match with the test.

本文通过6 片接近足尺的配筋砌块砌体组合连梁的伪静力试验及ANSYS 程序分析,了解影响小跨高比组
合连梁抗剪承载力的主要因素、传力机理;本文采用极限平衡法,建立了小跨高比配筋砌块砌体组合连梁的
抗剪承载力公式,利用该公式得到的计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
This paper carries out the pseudo—static test of 6 small span-depth ratio composite coupling beams of
reinforced block masonry and the analysis of ANSYS. The authors study the main factors which influence the
shear-bearing capacity of small span-depth ratio composite coupling beams of reinforced block masonry and the
passing force mechanism; In this paper, the authors introduce the limit equilibrium method, and propose the formula
of small span-depth ratio composite coupling beam’s shear-bearing capacity, and the formula’s result is in good
agreement with the test result.

By the test of six YTONG aerated concrete masonry walls under both vertical and lateral cyclic reversal load,
the mechanical behaviors of different types of YTONG masonry walls are studied. The types of walls include walls
with or without construction columns, walls in which columns are made first and walls in which colmns are made
last etc. Deformation capability of different construction types are compared, and the formula for calculating
shear-bearing capacity of YTONG masonry is proposed. The aseismatic capability of YTONG masonry is studied by
the experiment.

通过在夏热冬冷地区对采用R.E 复合保温砂浆外保温系统的混凝土小型空心砌块复合墙体住宅冬季热工
性能的监测,对其外保温墙体保温应用效果进行分析,说明该复合墙体的热工性能能够使住宅室内气温与墙
体内表面温度较为稳定,改善室内的热环境,有效地提高了室内舒适度,并达到节能的目的。
The thermal performance of residential enclosure wall compounded with small-size concrete hollow blocks and
R.E external thermal insulating mortar systems was monitored in area of being hot in summer and being cold in
winterer. The experimental result shows that the thermal performance of the composite wall could make the
temperature of the indoor air and the internal surface of the enclosure wall more stable, could improve the indoor
thermal environmental quality, could advance the indoor comfort effectively and at the same time could obtain
energy-saving effect.

内砖外加气混凝土砌块结构新体系融合了砌块墙和砖墙的双重优点,节能、经济、施工简单等。本文对
7 层内砖外加气混凝土砌块节能住宅进行地震反应分析,说明这类房屋可在地震区建造,应予大力推广。本
文于2005 年6 月9 日在第十届加拿大国际砌体大会上进行了宣读并答辩,与会的各国专家对我们的工作及
成果给予充分肯定并表示了极大的兴趣。
The new structural system built by brick and autoclaved block has the benefits of both block wall and brick
wall and possesses characteristics of energy saving, economy and simplicity in constrution. The seismic response
analysis of a seven-story building with brick and autoclaved concrete block is carried out. The results show that the
new structural system can be built in seismic regions and should be introduced forcefully. The paper has been
presented and replied in the 10th Internation Brick/Block Masonry Conferrence in Canada on June 9, 2005. The
experts of various countries offered the abundant affirmation and expressed the great interest to our work and
achievement.

在考虑群桩效应的基础上,对抗震规范未要求进行共同作用计算的配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构进行了群桩
-土-配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构体系的地震反应分析。分析表明,引入群桩运动相互作用后的一体化抗震设计,
可以从量化和定性两方面来较为简捷、准确地预估体系的共同作用效应程度。配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构在一
定的桩土条件下反而会有更强的动力相互作用效应,建议纳入抗震规范考虑上下部共同作用的结构体系的范
畴。
The seismic response analysis of reinforced masonry shear wall structures that has no interactive computation
requirement in the code is carried out considering the pile-groups effects. The analysis demonstrates that the
interactive effect degree could be simply and rightly predicted by a qualitative or quantitative way under a
monolithic designing considering the kinematics interaction of pile-groups. Due to the different participant
contribution of pile-soil foundations, more large dynamic interaction effect would generate for the reinforced
masonry shear wall structures that under certain pile-soil condition.Interactive computation of this system is
suggested to be considered in the seismic code.
