"暴雨强度" should be "intensity of rainfall" or "Rainfall Intensity".

暴雨强度 ： intensity of storm rainfall

"Rainfall Intensity" is better. We use "Rainfall Intensity--Frequency Curves" to get the number and every engineer knows this is for storm, not for sanitary!!LOL. In China, use 暴雨强度公式. Good Luck!
