We are looking for a National Sales Director for an USA company which is a leader in providing air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) systems, components, controls, etc.

Responsibilities:
 Manage regional sales branches
 Manage key account customer relationship
 Channel management (dealers, distribution, installers, etc)
 Lead application design and field execution team
 Manage aftermarket organization and service dealers to provide service solutions to customers
 Work closely with factories on new product development to meet evolving market/customer needs

Requirements:
 Strong national sales management experience (5 years+) for multi-national company in industrial products/solutions (preferably HVAC/R or coldchain related).
 Experience with growing a newly developed business preferable
 Ability to work under stressful environment and deliver on commitments
 Strong communication skills, both English and Chinese
 High level of integrity and ethical standard
