是不是美国工程兵下的产汇流软件？
大意是数据不充分：shikanhe河 pingwu段，桥上下游没有数据

数据不完整，shikanhe的pingwu河段，桩号4.15的桥上下游未包含开口？嗯，这个软件接触的少，不知道opening是不是指桥洞？桥下过水断面未设置？
