备注：英文要求一般
任职要求：
-工程类相关专业,本科以上学历。熟悉企业公用设施设备系统的管理和改造。
Bachelor’s degree major in engineering or related fields. Be familiar with facilities system management and renovation.
- 具有协调、沟通和解决问题的技能。
Coordination, communication and trouble shooting skill.
- 对GMP知识和工厂的SOP有具体的了解，并要求将这些知识运用在所委派的工作中。
Specific knowledge on GMP and related local SOP’s, etc required for his/her assignment.
具有生产设施或工程/设计和基建的操作和保养工作经验。
Experience in operation and maintenance in manufacturing facilities or in project management, engineering/design & construction business.
能用中英文进行沟通和阅读文件
Chinese and English capability for communication and documentation.
对特定的工作任务具有项目管理技能。
Project management skills on a specific task.
具备较好的团队精神
Strong teamwork spirit
具有中文的沟通和处理文件的能力，能够阅读英文。

职位职责：
-根据主管的明确指示，通过工程保养对工厂公用设施系统进行维护养并且控制虫害，从而使生产稳定运转。
Contribute to stable production for all of products through engineering and maintenance activities including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, facilities modification, pest control and hours keeping etc..
- 计划和执行在特定操作区域中的保养，如：预防性和故障排除维护等。
Plan and implement the maintenance of specific operation area such as preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- 在日常运作中对设施进行监控，发现偏差要及时采取对策予以解决。
Watch and Monitor metrics for day-to-day operation and take countermeasures for any deviation, gap, etc. for areas of his/her responsibility
- 根据HSE和5S的要求参与和执行所分派的任务。
Participate and implement specific tasks regarding HSE and 5S activities
