(1) Why do you use this tank, what is the function?
(2) for example, cool water from 10 to 90C, you need about 32GJ to heat up. Assume 1T steam can offer 0.7MW heat, approximatedly you need 15T steam in 1 hour to get the hot water. It depends on the parameters of the steam.
(3) Maybe you need continously heat to maintain the temperature because of the heat loss from the shell.
(4) Methods could be taken into account:
- steam jet pump (check steam parameters)
- steam-water heat exchanger
- install coils inside
- jet directly, take care the jet equipment, normally it is dangerous, not recommanded.
