破茧成蝶：金蝶云大厦

▲大堂入口效果图?HENN 这座200米高的超高层，坐落在现有的金蝶软件园一期建筑之间，是一个极具挑战性的场地。其占地面积非常小。五边形平面图在高度和不同方向上延伸数倍，从而在立面上形成投影。建筑设计过程中同时考虑的多个双层跳空大堂空间，可以作为大型企业的总部使用。总的来说，将最大化增加有限场地内的空间利用率。

The 200 meter Highrise building is situated between the existing Kingdee headquater buildings, which is very challenging site. With a very small footprint where the tower grew up vertically and extended the floorplan to increase the area while maximizing the views to all sites. The pentagonal floor plan is extended several times in height and in different directions thereby creating projections on the fa?ade. Several double height sky lobbies are developed aiming for different companies’ headquarters. On the whole, the utilization of space on the limited site will be maximized.

项目最大的特点就是立面的设计，将幕墙单元折叠成立体状态，不仅创造了动态的建筑形体，同时根据日照计算最大限度地减少阳光的影响，从而使建筑拥有一个非常智能和可持续的建筑幕墙系统。

The most special feature of this project is the facade, the folded panels which create a very dynamic expression of the building and at the same time are engineered to minimize the solar impact of the sun to create a very intelligent and sustainable building envelope.

除此之外，接近于地面的楼层也是非常有趣的；不同于常规的超高层建筑是一个贯通上下的封闭建筑。我们在高出大堂的空间上设计了一个拥有大量绿化的空中花园，金蝶的员工和同事可以在这里享受午休和下班时光。

Above that, the building had a very interesting way of touching the ground: not like the usual tower which sits on a plinth or goes all the way down. The sky terrace is elevated above the lobby with lots of green that the employees and colleagues of Kingdee can enjoy for their lunch breaks and after work.

项目预计2023年8月8日完工，相信在我们共同见证和努力下，迎来金蝶云大厦竣工、作为金蝶集团总部大楼投入使用后的那天，金蝶云大厦终将破茧成深圳上空最璀璨的蝶影。

The project is expected to be completed on 8th August , 2023. It is believed that with all our joint efforts, the Kingdee Tower will finally become of the most brilliant building in Shenzhen and in China, as the headquarters of Kingdee Group.
