国际可持续水论坛组织首席技术官


Prof. Wang was Vice President of Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, member of the Discipline Evaluation Group of the State Council, and member of the advisory committee of National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has been engaged in the research of water/wastewater treatment technology, water recycling technology and urban water environment improvement technology. He has won 1 second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, 4 first prizes of Ministerial/Provincial level for Science and Technology Awards, and 1 International Science and Technology Innovation Award.

曾任西安建筑科技大学副校长,以及国务院学科评议组成员、国家自然科学基金委咨询委员会委员等重要学术职务。长期从事水和废水处理技术、水再生利用技术、城市水环境改善技术领域的研究,先后荣获国家科技进步二等奖1项、省部级科技一等奖4项、国际科技创新奖1项。

As a representative of the German Water Association, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wagner is committed to Sino-German sewage technology exchanges and cooperation and personnel training. He is the main leader of Sino-German cooperation innovation and new trends in China’s water treatment market. His research focuses include wastewater treatment, aeration and gas delivery, energy in wastewater treatment plants, and semi-centralized supply and disposal systems in rapidly developing urban areas. More than 170 academic papers were published.

作为德国水协会的代表,Wagner教授致力于中德污水处理技术的交流与合作及人员培训。他也是中德合作创新和中国水处理市场新趋势的主要领导者。主要研究领域包括污水处理、曝气和气体输送、污水处理厂的能源分析,以及快速发展城镇地区半集中式供应和处置系统。发表学术论文170余篇。

Dr. Liao obtained his doctorate in Norwegian University of Science and Technology and is currently working at CAMBI. He experienced in market of environmental technologies application for more than 20 years, which take the leading position in the world. He has strong ability to develop and promote market, as well as capacity of technical innovation, especially the technology of CAMBI thermal hydrolysis process (THP) of advanced anaerobic digestion, which was applied and popularized in many countries. Moreover, an innovative way of low-carbon green and resources recycling was created by him for sludge treatment and energy utilization.

挪威科技大学博士毕业后,就职于挪威康碧集团。具有20余年国际领先的环境技术市场经验,特别是康碧热水解THP高级厌氧消化技术在多个国家的开拓与推广,具有强大的市场开拓推广以及技术创新能力。为污泥处理和能源资源利用开辟了低碳绿色和资源循环的新道路

国际可持续水论坛组织(IFWS)

国际可持续水论坛组织为总部设于英国伦敦的国际组织,基于以可持续水资源开发、可持续水利用、可持续水管理、可持续水与循环经济、可持续水环境安全保障为核心的“可持续水”新理念,汇集了来自十多个国家和地区的一支国际顶级专家团队,一批国际与国内企业,建立了高水平的国际交流、国际网络、高端技术咨询、国际合作促进,以及水工业全球化的科技平台。同时作为我国与国际沟通的重要桥梁,致力于促进我国水工业领域的国际化发展。

International Forum of Water Sustainability (IFWS) is an international organization registered in the United Kingdom as an entity for research and experimental development on natural sciences and engineering. It provides a platform for international exchanges and a worldwide network of water professionals, including scientists, technological experts, policy makers, and administrators. It also provides high-end technological consultancy, and promotes international collaboration and globalization of water industries, all under the newly proposed concept of Water Sustainability.

黄河中上游水环境污染控制技术学科创新引智基地(Yellow River EIC)

“黄河中上游水环境污染控制技术学科创新引智基地”是西安建筑科技大学获准的国家高等学校学科创新引智基地。基地面向黄河中上游地区的水环境污染控制技术需求,邀请国际知名学者与专家共同参与科技合作与交流活动。

The “Expertise Introduction Centre for Discipline Innovation on Water Environment Pollution Control Technology of the Upper and Middle Yellow River” (“Yellow River EIC”) is a platform of international cooperation established within the Chinese long-term national program for disciplinary innovation of universities. The Yellow River EIC invites world-famous scholars and experts to take part in scientific and technological activities to strengthen the capacity of Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology in the field of water environment pollution control especially for the Upper & Middle Yellow River.
