6.生产车间地漏均采用不锈钢洁净地漏。站房及卫生间地漏采用普通水封地漏。
7.给水管道安装完毕后，应做压力试验，试验压力不小于0.6MPa。排水管道安装完毕后，必须做灌水试验。给排水管道施工除满足上述要求外，应遵照《建筑给排水及采暖工程施工质量验收规范》，《建筑排水硬聚氯乙烯管道工程技术规程》及《给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范》等国家有关规定进行。
室外部分
1.厂区设计范围：给水管接至距外墙1.0米处，排水管自建筑物外（或室外处理构筑物后）第一个检查井（该检查井由厂区工程设计）。
2.图中所注给水管标高以管中心计，排水管道标高以管内底计（管顶平接）。
3.图中所注坐标、管道长度、标高均以米为单位，管径以毫米为单位。
4.给水管道DN≥75毫米者，采用承插球墨给水铸铁管，橡胶圈接口。在地下水位以上时，刷沥青两道；在地下水位以下时，刷石油沥青防腐层（底漆一道，沥青三层，中间包玻璃布两层）。DN≤75者采用钢塑复合给水管。
5.排水管道管径d<400时采用混凝土管，d>400时采用钢筋混凝土管。排水管道管径d200时，坡度为i0.004；管径d300时，坡度为i0.003；管径d400~d600时，坡度为i0.002。
6.雨水口与检查井连接管d200，坡度为i0.010，起点管底埋深-0.90m。雨水口一律采用铸铁箅子。
