GENERAL PREPARATION:
1、Firstly, make sure that you know the correct time and place for the interview, and make a time and traffic plan. Check that you have the names and titles of the persons you are going to meet.

2、Read carefully the information they send you or you can find about the company and the position on offer before going to the interview. Remember things you would like to know more about. If possible, try to unearth the employer’s problems, citing some of your specific accomplishments to make your case.

3、Think over your real interests in the company and the position you are applying for. Note your strong points and your weaknesses.

4、Scrutinize your CV before the interview. Make sure that you can answer questions about your past jobs and your personal data.

5、Important: Make sure that everything you tell the interviewer about yourself, e.g. your current compensation, should be exactly the same as you told job-hunter!
