就我所知钢筋阻锈剂主要分为渗透型和添加型两种。
渗透型适用于已建的建筑物,直接涂刷在混凝土表面即可;
添加型适用于新建的建筑物,与混凝土一同搅拌即可。

我单位生产的抗硫阻锈外加剂物理阻锈与化学阻锈结合,效果很不错。

Migrating corrosion inhibitors (MCI) were developed to protect steel rebar from corrosion in concrete. They were designed to be incorporated as an admixture during concrete batching or used for surface impregnation of existing concrete structures.

Discusses the use of corrosion inhibitors for steel by the concrete repair industry. The chemical agents can either be mixed into fresh concrete or are applied to the surface (or in holes) of hardened concrete, permeating through to the internal steel reinforcement. Obviously the latter is a more difficult procedure, but in both cases there is a lack of information and field data about inhibitor performance. In particular, the claims made for the transport of inhibitors through hardened concrete need to be assessed. Research in this area is currently taking place, however, in both Europe and the US by building and transport establishments and independent researchers.

IRC researchers selected 10 consecutive spans of the bridge for testing. Eight organic and inorganic corrosion-inhibiting systems were applied to the spans。A series of comparative laboratory experiments showed that one of the organic-based admixtures and one of the inorganic-based admixtures were very effective in reducing corrosion. In the field, however, the
inorganic-based inhibitor system performed better than the other inhibitor systems.

the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) in August 1994 and ended in July 1999. The primary goal of this study was to monitor the SHRP field sites for 5 years to determine the long-term effectiveness of corrosion inhibitors。
At all four sites, the results of the visual and delamination surveys and corrosion rate measurements did not show any difference between patches containing corrosion inhibitors and those that did not contain them.
