铸钢节点与球节点明显的优势:由于钢管相贯处直接铸造成型,使钢结构受力更加合理,整体结构更加稳定。克服了大量集中焊接造成的应力对整体结构带来的不利影响。由于去掉了节点球,使钢结构更加简洁、流畅,能够充分表达建筑师的设计思想。于铸钢节点可以铸成空间任意形状,使任何形状的建筑造型都可以成为现实。由于铸钢节点在工厂制作完成,大大减少了高空作业的工作量,使建筑成本降低,整体工程质量提高,并且大大降低了高空作业对施工人员带来的危害。

摘要 建筑用铸钢节点由于避免或降低了构件相接处的应力集中程度,具有节点设计自由度大、外形美观等特点,已在我国越来越多的工程中采用。结合《铸钢节点应用技术规程》(CECS235: 2008)的编制,从铸钢节点形式、铸钢材料选用、节点承载力计算方法、有限元分析原则、铸钢节点试验方法、节点构造和铸造工艺要求等方面对铸钢节点的设计进行了阐述,以便于工程技术人员更好地应用铸钢节点。
Connections of structural steel casting have been widely used in China in recent years, largely owing to the excellent chrematistics including streamlined shapes with minimum stress concentration, unlimited choice of joint forms and elegant appearance. Based on the compiling of the technical specification for application of connections of structural steel casting CECS 235: 2008, issues including the selection of configurations and materials of structural cast steel joint, the calculation method of joint ultimate capacity, the principle of finite element analysis and experiments, the detailing of joints, as well as the requirement of foundry, are described in the paper.
