刚刚做照明设计这一块。对一些规范都不是很了解 。希望大家给我提供一下。十分感谢!《室外环境照明》CIE Publication No37, (1976);《泛光和装饰照明指南》CIE的有关城市夜景照明的技术文件;《城市区域照明指南》CIE Publication No92, (1993);《美国室外照明手册》 1987;我只有GB50034-2004建筑照明设计规范!谢谢!

CIE (国际照明委员会)
一、 CIE概况

国际照明委员会(CIE)是由国际照明工程领域中光源制造、照明设计和光辐射计量测试机构组成的非政府间多学科的世界性学术组织,是技术、科学、文化方面的非营利性组织。其前身是1900年成立的国际光度委员会(Intemational Photometric Commission:IPC),1913年改为现名。总部设在奥地利维也纳。在光和照明的科学、技术和工艺领域提供国际论坛,并在成员国之间开展促进照明工程学研究的合作与交流;制定光和照明领域的基本标准和计量规程;在制定光和照明领域的国际和国家标准中提供原则和规程的应用方目的指南;在与光和照明领域的科学、技术和工艺有关的所有事项方面制定和发布标准、报告和其他出版物。从1999年以来,通信的光学、视学和计量方面、影像的制作和重放、使用所有类型的模拟和数字成像装置、存储媒体和成像媒体,也都在CIE的工作领域内。中国照明协会、香港照明协会为CIE成员。CIE网站提供的资源按月更新,出版物包括3类:技术报告和指南 120多种,有6种光盘。;标准 加草案共12种;会议录24种。  
国际照明委员会(International Commission on Illumination,简称CIE)是一个非盈利性国际标准化组织。其宗旨是:
   制订照明领域的基础标准和度量程序等;
   提供制订照明领域国际标准与国家标准的原则与程序指南;
   制订并出版照明领域科技标准、技术报告以及其他相关出版物;
   提供国家间进行照明领域有关论题讨论的论坛;
   与其他国际标准化组织就照明领域有关问题保持联系与技术上的合作。
   CIE下设7个部:分别是视觉与色彩;光与辐射的测量;内部环境与照明设计;交通照明与标志;外部照明与其他设备;光生物学与光化学;图像技术。


   二、 使用CIE标准的用户可能需要了解的——绿色照明

   为了提高光效、降低能耗和改善环境,美国环保署于1991年首先提出了“绿色照明设计”,其具体目标是:推广使用效率高、寿命长、安全和性能稳定的电光源、照明电器配件以及调光控制件组成的照明系统,节约照明用电,减少发电对环境的污染,提高人们的工作效率和生活质量。为此美国先后提出了照明改造内容,制订了联邦节能法规和建筑节能标准等。日本和欧洲等工业发达国家也相继出台了各自的绿色照明规划。
   我国从1993年开始启动“绿色照明工程”计划,并在北京、上海、广东、山东等省市试点,经过几年来调研和试点,于1996年5月由国家经贸委等12个部门组建了“中国绿色照明工程”办公室和专家组。这一工程已被列入"九五"期间重点节能计划,到2000年将达到照明节电20%,即年节电300亿kWh的目的。实现这个目标既可节省1500万t原煤,减少200多万t废气及尘渣排放量。与此相配套国家举办了“节电照明产品质量检测培训班”,颁布了“节电照明产品”国家标准,正在制定“建筑装修使用照明的标准”等。上海市从1996年开始启动绿色照明工程,已在不同场所新增或改造照明设备,积极推广节能或高光效长寿命灯具,如全市近十万盏路灯中已有八万多盏采用了节能高压钠灯;地铁、机场、大桥、码头以及相当一批宾馆、百货商场、大型企业推广了节能型高压钠灯、紧凑型荧光灯和细管节能日光灯,部分商场、宾馆更换了各类节能灯和高效金属卤化物灯和高压钠灯等。通过以上措施取得了十分明显的节电效益。同时浦东被列为全国电力改革的样板之一,新建的“中电大厦”已作为绿色照明工程的示范试点单位,采用光效高、性能优异的电光源,预计每年的节电率为35%-50%,不到一年即可收回节电投资成本。
