旨在设计一座户外的艺术展场,让人在进入建筑之前就完全被空间所散发的艺术氛围包裹,从而实现景观与建筑、室外与室内在功能与形态上的统一。
The purpose of the design is to create an outdoor art exhibition venue that wraps people in the artistic atmosphere of the space before they enter the building, thus achieving unity between landscape and architecture, outdoor and indoor in terms of function and form.
在设计中,建筑、室内、景观的一体化也是本项目努力追求的,三专业以规划阶段提出的“四时风雅”为共同的设计理念,设计了很多自然景观与人工构筑相互交融的空间。
In the design, integration of architecture, interiors, and landscapes is also a goal of the project. The three major disciplines propose a common design concept of "Four Seasons Fine Arts" at the planning stage, designing many spaces where natural landscapes and man-made structures interact with each other.
▽自然的浸润-建筑、室内设计与景观交融
入口作为园区边界,亦是城市界面,或展或隐,园区内部景致隐隐投射于城市之中,形成社区与城市的“浸润”。形象沿街界面结合城市会客厅等功能性空间,打造开放式艺术街区,增强市民的参与性。
As the boundary of the park, the entrance is also the urban interface. Whether displayed or hidden, the inner park scenery projects faintly into the city, forming a "soaking" relationship between the community and the city. The image along the street interface combines urban spaces to create an open-air art district and enhance citizens' participation.
A high-quality city interface is created to honor the entrance, with stylish and minimalist metal lines and exquisite high-end logos highlighting a luxurious hotel tone, allowing owners returning home and invited guests to fully experience the elegance and ritual.
▽入口城市界面的处理尽显雅致
建筑采用全玻璃外立面与艺术化格栅,入口设置对景雕塑、疏密有致的植物组团,宽阔的镜水面消化了边界感,使二者倒映其中,产生一种朦胧美。
The building adopts a full glass exterior facade and artistic grilles. An ornamental sculpture is arranged at the entrance, while a dense group of plants creates a harmonious whole. The broad mirror surface digests the sense of boundaries, reflecting both sides within it, creating a vague beauty.
▽将景观与建筑的关系无限拉近,相互浸润
两边的建筑似开,中间的水廊似合。开合之间,水廊围合成的优雅所在,成为了空间的“呼吸口”。气口使得空间从室内流动到室外,增强了空间的联动。
On both sides of the building, it seems to be open, while the middle water corridor seems to be closed. Between open and closed, the elegant place formed by the water corridor becomes the "breathing hole" of the space. This air hole makes the space flow from indoors to outdoors, enhancing the linkage between spaces.
廊引人随,水廊再现水的柔软、灵动,结合雕塑、水幕墙等设计赋予空间独特幽美的属性,犹如置身现代艺术馆的空间艺术营造,丰富了“书院文化”的内涵,更符合当代人的精神诉求。
The corridor leads people to follow, while the water corridor reproduces the softness and flexibility of water. Combined with sculptures, water curtain walls, and other designs, it gives space unique aesthetic attributes, resembling a modern art gallery, enriching the connotation of "Scholarly Culture" and more in line with contemporary people's spiritual aspirations.
设计提取书院空间格局,融合书院诗意气韵,打造瀑布景墙,营造一种未见其景先闻其声的雅致之感。
The design extracts the spatial pattern of the college, integrates the poetic charm of the college, and creates a waterfall wall, creating an elegant feeling that has not seen the scenery before hearing its voice.
室内空间通过运用简约线条、简单色彩,使自然的景致通过窗景、光影、绿植等形式从户外过渡到室内环境。从声、光、型、影等多个维度形成了相互的“浸透与交融”。
The interior space uses simple lines and colors to make natural scenery transit through window scenes, shadows, green plants, etc. from outdoor to indoor environments. From multiple dimensions such as sound, light, shape, and shadow, they form mutual "pervasion and blending".

设计把握传统园林的空间精髓,整体建构彰显传统与现代交融的意蕴,“四时风雅”的文化气质萦绕,简约而又不失文化内涵,传递出别具一格的审美态度。
漫步赏景,辗转起伏。“咫尺之内再造乾坤。”设计取法自然又超越自然的空间设置,再现逍遥适意和风雅精致的生活情调,在浮躁的当下生活中,给人一种平和宁静的心态,令人沉醉其中。
Strolling and enjoying the view, ups and downs. "Creating another world within an inch." The design draws inspiration from but surpasses nature's spatial settings, reproducing a free and unrestrained lifestyle with refined elegance. In today's frenzied life, it gives people a peaceful and tranquil state of mind, making them immersed in it.
于此可独处、小憩、聊天,随着时间的流转,身心自由舒展。
One can be alone here, take a break or chat here. With the passage of time, one's body and mind are free to expand.
根据花境的立面层次选择合适的植物材料,作为花境的背景、中景、前景。根据植物的观赏特征选择适宜的植物作为花境的线型团块和水平团块。重点突出、以夏秋两季为主要观赏季节,冬季回归花境本质,以自然枯萎体现可持续性。
Select the appropriate plant material according to the fa?ade level of the flower landscape as the background, middle scene, and foreground of the flower landscape. According to the ornamental characteristics of plants, suitable plants are selected as linear and horizontal masses of the flower landscape. Focused, summer and autumn as the main viewing season, winter returns to the essence of the flower landscape, and natural withering reflects sustainability.
