The project is a redesigned

redevelopment project that has 

been transformed into an 

elaborate and eye-catching

modern home by Thomas Viach.

The owners wanted to renovate

this apartment in a contemporary

way while keeping the exposed

beam structure visible. 

现有的楼梯被重新设计成圆形，

与希腊海滨村庄的建筑相呼应。

一个燃烧木材的插件被整合到

原始的壁炉中，并搭配了一个

为该项目专门设计的混凝土长凳。

The existing staircase has been

reworked in roundness, echoing

the architecture of a Greek

seaside village. A wood-burning

insert has been integrated into

the original fireplace, accompanied

by a concrete bench designed

to measure for the project.
